1) Frank P. Hernandez is the founder of the Herculano & Elida Hernandez Foundation. In 1999, he created the Vistas Film Festival to highlight works by or about Latinos. Since its inception, Mr. Hernandez. has donated more than $200,000 to ensure the continuation and development of the festival.
2) J.Frank Hernandez is the executive director of the Herculano & Elida Hernandez Foundation. At the time that he joined the foundation in 2002, the Vistas Film Festival had no corporate sponsorship or support. Mr. Hernandez has since increased direct financial sponsorship and in-kind support to more than $175,000 per year.

3) Carmen C. Guzmán is the Director of Programming and special Events for the Vistas Film Festival. The festival has grown to five days and more than 60 screenings under her direction.
4) César J. García is the Director of Multimedia for the Vistas Film Festival. Mr. García chronicles the festival's growth and history through photography and video. He also directs the festival's annual Program Cover Art Contest.
